Confirm the delivery address, selected items and packaging requests. Remove only packaging you genuinely do not need; protecting a fragile item may be worth more than a smaller box.
Why the first charge can change
ACBuy describes the first international payment as a deposit based on estimated weight, volume, destination and shipping line. After packing, the warehouse measures the finished parcel and recalculates the freight. The parcel record shows whether more is due or an excess amount is returned.
Scale weight is not the whole quote
Large, light parcels can be charged by volume on routes that use volumetric weight. This is why a box can price above the sum of the warehouse weights. Read the calculation rule shown for the route; do not copy a formula from an old guide.
Choose from the routes you actually see
Route availability depends on the destination and contents of the current parcel. Compare the chargeable-weight rule, restrictions, tracking and included protection shown on screen. A cheaper route from another user's screenshot may not accept your items.
Restrictions and customs
Check ACBuy's current mail-restriction notice before paying. Batteries, liquids, dimensions and other item attributes can change the available routes. Customs decisions and destination charges are outside the control of this spreadsheet site.
After payment
Follow the parcel status until it is handed to the carrier. Tracking appears under `Me → Parcel → Parcel details` after dispatch. If the measured parcel or final charge does not make sense, use the parcel number when contacting ACBuy support.
Use current prices, not a table
Lines, prices, limits and delivery estimates change. Run the official calculator and then check the options generated for the actual parcel.
