Your First ACBuy Order

Before you order

Keep the original product link and write down the exact color, size and quantity. A product photo alone is not enough evidence when several options share the same image.

Check the current product page for seller notices, return restrictions and Chinese domestic delivery. ACBuy acts as the buying agent; it is not the seller and does not authenticate third-party goods.

Step 1 — Add the product

Paste a Taobao, Tmall or 1688 link into ACBuy. The official guide also describes keyword and image search. If ACBuy cannot retrieve the listing automatically, it sends you to a DIY order form where you enter the product details yourself.

Step 2 — Pay for the item

At this stage you pay for the product and Chinese domestic delivery to ACBuy's warehouse. International shipping is calculated later, after you choose which stored items to pack together.

Step 3 — Follow the order status

The current official sequence moves through review, purchase, seller dispatch, warehouse delivery, storage processing and Stored. `Delivered` means the seller shipment reached ACBuy; it may not be ready in your Warehouse tab yet.

Use Order Inquiry when the agent asks you to confirm a detail or when an important option needs clarification.

Step 4 — Check the warehouse entry

Once storage is complete, open the order in Warehouse and compare the QC photos with the option you saved. Confirm identity first: item, color, size tag, quantity and any part of a set.

Step 5 — Keep it or raise the issue

If the item is wrong or visibly damaged, use the current after-sales control on that order promptly. Eligibility and deadlines can depend on the seller, product, order state and notices you accepted, so do not rely on a generic return countdown.

Step 6 — Build a parcel

Select the stored items you want to ship, enter the US delivery address and review only the routes ACBuy currently offers for that parcel. Product restrictions can remove routes that would otherwise appear for the destination.

Step 7 — Pay the freight estimate

The first international-shipping amount is a deposit based on the estimated weight, volume, destination and route. ACBuy packs and measures the parcel afterward, then settles any difference shown on the parcel record.

Step 8 — Track the parcel

After dispatch, ACBuy places tracking under `Me → Parcel → Parcel details`. Use the parcel record and carrier updates for the individual shipment rather than a general delivery-time promise.
