What Is ACBuy?
ACBuy is a shopping-agent service for buying products from Chinese marketplaces and sending selected items internationally. It buys on your instructions; it is not the third-party seller.
How an order moves
The official ACBuy flow separates product purchasing from international shipping.
- Find a product. Paste a marketplace link, search by name or image, or complete a DIY order when the listing cannot be retrieved automatically.
- Pay for the item. The first payment covers the product and Chinese domestic delivery shown for the order.
- Agent purchase. ACBuy's agent purchases from the third-party seller and follows the seller shipment to the designated warehouse.
- Warehouse intake. ACBuy receives, inspects, photographs, weighs and stores the item. Stored items appear in your Warehouse.
- Build a parcel. Choose which stored items to send together and review the routes available for that destination and parcel.
- Pay international shipping. The initial freight is an estimate. Packing and final measurements determine the amount shown on the parcel record.
- Track delivery. After dispatch, tracking is available from the parcel details page.
What to check yourself
A working listing is not a guarantee of stock, quality, authenticity, return eligibility or international shippability. Save the exact option before paying, read the warehouse photos when they arrive and check the current parcel restrictions before choosing a route.
