Where the photos fit

QC happens after purchase and seller delivery, during warehouse intake. Photos can appear before the item finishes storage processing, so wait for the Stored state before assuming it is ready to add to a parcel.

Check the order before the details

Start with the saved listing and option. Confirm product type, color, size label, quantity and whether every expected part of a set is present. A wrong option matters more than a tiny stitch that only appears under zoom.

Shoes

Compare the left and right shoe and use more than one angle.

  • Overall shape and pair symmetry
  • Size labels
  • Toe and heel alignment
  • Stitching, glue and obvious damage
  • Logo and panel placement visible in the photos
  • Sole condition

Clothing and jerseys

A folded garment can hide shape, so focus first on the information the photos actually reveal.

  • Size and wash tags
  • Print, badge or embroidery placement
  • Front and back color
  • Seams and obvious holes or stains
  • Measurements only when a ruler is shown

Bags and accessories

Check the complete outline before zooming into hardware.

  • Shape and panel alignment
  • Handles and straps
  • Zippers and visible hardware
  • Stitching and lining where shown
  • Logo placement
  • Scratches, dents or missing parts

What the photos cannot prove

QC photos cannot confirm authenticity, hidden materials, internal construction, battery condition, compatibility, fit or durability. Screen color and camera angle can also change how an item appears.

If something looks wrong

Describe one specific issue and point to the relevant photo. Then check the order's current return or after-sales option. A visible concern does not by itself guarantee that the seller will accept a return.
