The four entry points
ACBuy's current guide describes four practical paths: paste a Taobao, Tmall or 1688 link; search by product name; use image search for similar items; or complete a DIY order when the listing cannot be retrieved automatically.
When ACBuy opens a DIY order
Enter the original link, a plain product name, specification, quantity, unit price and Chinese domestic delivery shown by the seller. If a value is uncertain, let the agent verify it instead of inventing a detail.
Before Buy Now
Read the selected color, size and quantity back to yourself. Save a screenshot that includes the option text and current price. Product images are often reused across variants.
What a spreadsheet link does not prove
A working link does not prove seller stock, product quality, authenticity, return eligibility or international shippability. Recheck the live listing and any ACBuy risk notice before paying.
If the listing changes
Do not guess a replacement from the title. Search again, compare the new options and decide whether it still represents the item you wanted.
